Jollygood Games is here - game maker to focus on simple fun, addictive games.
LAS VEGAS, Nevada - Sep. 23, 2003 - Game industry veteran Jani Penttinen, together with
AICO Productions, LLC. today announced the founding of a new game company Jollygood Games.
Jollygood Games is a new kind of game company, focusing on small games for Windows
and mobile platforms. Jollygood Games is a game developer, publisher and distributor.
It publishes in-house developed games and occasionally develops games for others to publish.
Jollygood Games also publishes games developed by third party developers and offers
distribution to games published by other publishers.
Says Penttinen: "Jollygood Games is all about fun. It's about having fun while playing the games as well as
having fun making them. We're totally independent so we can focus on what we believe makes games fun, rather
than strictly following market trends, so we believe we really have something new to offer."
Jollygood Games
currently has three games under development in-house and has signed deals to publish two games from external
developers. The first games will be released in the fall 2003 and the company expects to have three games
available by the holidays. It is currently looking for game developers with unique games under development,
and is willing to offer developer-friendly publishing deals for qualified partners.
